Introduction

We also created extra space with a loft conversion, with new bathrooms and raised ceilings, and made use of downstairs unused space for a new utility room.
The clients also requested new doors and soundproofed walls, with all new natural wooden flooring throughout the ground and second floors fitted. The goal was to create a new home feel without the hassle of moving and relocating.

What our Fulham client wanted

The clients wanted to renovate and upgrade their existing two-story home into a three-story property to give them more space and a new house feeling to their existing property.
The Victorian house needed a full refurbishment, and the clients requested a loft conversion with raised ceilings to create a new bedroom and bathroom facilities, a new roof was also required to complete the conversion. In the conversion, we also created a new storage space in the Apex of the roof, that would have otherwise been unused space.
We also refurbished the exterior of the property.
As long-standing clients of over 15 years, the professional couple trusted Red Box as experienced property improvements specialists in Fulham with their home to give it a fresh new modern but simple style.
We also worked with architect Charles Humphries, of HEAT Architecture to complete the planning and building part of the project.
We ensured strong and clear communication with the clients, their architects and our recommended suppliers was maintained throughout to continue an efficient and smooth process throughout.
With virtually the entire house being refurbished, this was a large lengthy project to undertake, we took time to ensure each step was completed efficiently and communication remained strong with the client to minimise any disruption, where possible.
The result was an upgraded property and loft conversion Fulham could be proud of.

How we helped the client with their home renovation & loft conversion

We successfully completed the loft conversion with new room plus the exterior refurbishments of this Fulham house, before refurbishing the entire interiors to the client’s specifications on time.
All new natural wood flooring was provided, along with new glass doors replacing all internal ground floor doors to open up and maximise the space available.
Each step of the way we worked with the client to manage their expectations and requirements for the project, recommending products and solutions to complete their renovation vision.

Red Box assisted in every step of the planning and design process including recommending several of the key supplier, keeping the designs simple but modern and bringing in natural light, where possible.
We undertook the building, decorating and plumbing work required to complete the project.
