Clear out your wardrobes, cupboards and storage for a cleaning and a makeover.  Summer is the perfect time to have a sort through and update your furniture. Why not clean and repaint that tired looking wardrobe or storage unit in your bedroom for a fresh look.

Whilst you’ve got everything out of the wardrobe you can then see if there’s anything you can donate, sell or keep – making room for the sales!

First up lets talk Central Heating

This weeks Top Tip: Service your central heating during the summer!

Whilst the heat is on outside, you won’t need your central heating indoors- now’s the time to get your annual service out of the way before the Autumn/Winter rush.

Engineers and servicing companies are often less busy in the summer months as people forget about their heating and furnaces in the warmer temperatures. Come October, they can be quite busy getting homes busy for winter as the cooler weather returns.

This goes for chimneys and fireplaces too, get those cleaned out now so they’re fresh and ready for Autumn & Winter.

Wimbledon property gets a new kitchen

Wimbledon property gets a new kitchen 7

Recently we completed work a kitchen upgrade for a home in Ashen Grove in Wimbledon

Find out more about the project that took place this spring in SW19!The Project, that began mid February this year and was signed off/completed on April 1st saw us first removing the old kitchen and replace the electrics and plumbing with upgraded systems.  We then installed the HOLTE/IKEA kitchen and decorated.  We also removed an old fireplace that was no longer wanted or needed by the clients to open up some more space.

The full project cost was around £10k-£30k

The client was extremely satisfied with their new kitchen and the service provided
