Recently we completed work a kitchen upgrade for a home in Ashen Grove in Wimbledon

Find out more about the project that took place this spring in SW19!The Project, that began mid February this year and was signed off/completed on April 1st saw us first removing the old kitchen and replace the electrics and plumbing with upgraded systems.  We then installed the HOLTE/IKEA kitchen and decorated.  We also removed an old fireplace that was no longer wanted or needed by the clients to open up some more space.

The full project cost was around £10k-£30k

The client was extremely satisfied with their new kitchen and the service provided

Recently we completed work on a new roof terrace for a property near Sloane Square, the clients and their children love their new space!

Find out more about the project that took place this spring in London SW1W!The Project, that began in April, took approximately 3 ½ weeks to complete for the clients who’s property is located close to the busy Sloane Square and York Road area. The project saw us create a new roof terrace that was safe for their children to enjoy!

We installed a brand new roof terrace including the replacement of the railings, new decking, lighting and electrics.  We also took charge and arrangements of the full planning permission and the Building control sign off.

 

The full project cost was around £10k-£30k

The client was exceptionally happy and the children love their new & safe outside terrace space.

Top Projects of 2022: Complete renovation of a two storey flat in West London with loft extension.

Continuing from last month’s run down of our 2022 project highlights, here is a project on Netherwood Road, in the Shepherds Bush area (W14)The project began in April 2022 and finished up at the start of December, being one of our last big project completions of the year.

We completed a full property refurbishment of the two storey flat, an additional floor was created by extending into the loft with mansard roofing on both sides.  We worked in collaboration with Architect, Conrad Margoles (www.conradmargoles.com)

The full project cost was around £200k-£300k

The client was exceptionally happy with the end result.

Lifting steels to the top floor – we had to hire a crane to hoist to the top of the house.

The amazing light the skylights gives to the stairwell and over the bathroom.

Top Projects of 2022: New Howden’s Kitchen installation in Raynes Park, SW20

We completed a full refurbishment of this property on Cottenham Park Road in Raynes Park, SW20. New kitchen, flooring and decorating throughout were included.Next  up on our 2022 project highlights, is a project over on Cottenham Park Road in Raynes Park, SW20

The project began in March 2021 and finished up in July 2022, and saw an installation of a new Howdens kitchen, new flooring, structural work and a brand newly built utility room.

In addition to the new kitchen, there were upgraded electrics, new flooring and new radiators installed.  The project took some time due to the challenges we faced with existing plumbing and floor levels in the kitchen that had to be extensively modified.

The end result left the client especially happy with the new kitchen!

• Knocking through wall from kitchen to sitting room, blocking off wall and widening existing opening in kitchen
